Welcome to the website of DFW Working Dogs. We are based in Dallas, Texas. We are a full member club of the South Central Region of The United Schutzhund Clubs of America, and our focus is to train and title dogs in the sport of Schutzhund.

During 2007 there was a decline in the number of titles we achieved compared to past years, and our membership also underwent some changes. However, we have regrouped, refocused, and have a promising group of dogs and handlers heading into 2008. Not to mention 4 talented decoys dedicated to helping handlers and dogs of all levels achieve their goals.

We competed 25 times at various levels with a 92% pass rate. This is up by 6% from the 2006 season. Several members V'd individual phases and with their overall scores. One of our members also made the WUSV world team representing the United Kingdom. Lou and her first schutzhund dog, Bodeus (HOT) passed their first visit to a world event. We are very proud of them both. We work hard and play hard together, and our teamwork and dedication to helping each other succeed is what makes us successful as a club.

At DFW Working Dogs, we are proud of our members for competing, supporting, and helping their sport and their organizations to succeed with actions as well as words.
